Please install the following packages according to the documentation of the application and also to your OS architecture (x86 or x64). You can download both the x86 and x64 packages if you installed a x64 OS.

Please update, v2012, v2013, v2015, all dead. Also it seems that v2015 is superseded by v2017.
Everything is still working for me as of today. I added 2017 links.
I updated the links to the new format microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=(download id) and also removed any locale parameter from the URL. Should work for everyone now 🙂
